Petsera, we are committed to delivering your pet furniture and accessories safely and on time.
Shipping Rate
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. This rate applies to every order regardless of size or quantity.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
We begin processing your order within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5), on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days depending on your location within the US.

Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Large Item Shipping Lucidium Pet Pens
Lucidium Pet Pens ship in oversized packaging. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. Carriers will deliver to the ground floor only and will not bring items inside or assemble them.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@petsera.store.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us at info@petsera.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Petsera is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible.
