By placing an order on the Petsera website, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable product costs. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase details, including item(s), quantity, and total amount charged. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

4. Billing Authorization
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information submitted is accurate and complete. Petsera reserves the right to cancel any order if billing information cannot be verified.
5. Charges
Your selected payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive a receipt via email once the charge is processed.
6. Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax regulations. Tax amounts are determined automatically and may vary by location.
7. Shipping Rate
All orders within the contiguous United States are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00. This amount will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@petsera.store with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
10. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us at info@petsera.store before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a dispute without first contacting us may result in delays in resolution.
11. Changes to Billing Terms
Petsera reserves the right to update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
