Product Care & Cleaning Guide

Keeping your Petsera products clean extends their life and keeps your pet's space hygienic. Below are care instructions for each material used across our range.

Acrylic Lucidium Pet Pens & Acrylic Dog Bed

  • Wipe panels with a damp microfiber cloth and mild dish soap.
  • Rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
  • Do not use abrasive sponges, bleach, or ammonia-based cleaners these scratch and cloud the surface.
  • For stubborn marks, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on a soft cloth works well.
  • Disassemble the pen for a deeper clean by removing panels and wiping each one flat.

Vinyl Vinyl Pen Mats

  • Wipe down with a damp cloth after each use.
  • For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a small amount of dish soap and a soft brush.
  • Rinse thoroughly and hang or lay flat to air dry completely before placing back under the pen.
  • Do not machine wash or put in a dryer.
  • Avoid sharp objects on the surface to prevent tears.

Organic New Zealand Wool Felt Cat Caves & Cat Head Bed

  • Spot clean only using cold water and a tiny amount of wool-safe detergent.
  • Gently blot the area do not rub or wring, as this causes the wool to felt further and lose its shape.
  • Air dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Brush lightly with a soft bristle brush to restore the surface texture after drying.

Memory Foam Pet Teepee & Acrylic Dog Bed Cushion

  • Remove the cover if it is detachable and machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water.
  • The foam core itself should never be machine washed spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap only.
  • Press gently to absorb moisture, then air dry the foam completely before reassembling. Damp foam can develop odor.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent the foam from breaking down.

Glass Bowls Acrylic Pet Feeders

  • Glass feeder bowls are dishwasher safe place on the top rack.
  • For hand washing, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue before refilling with food or water.
  • Inspect bowls regularly for chips or cracks. A damaged bowl should be replaced use a Replacement Glass Feeder Bowl available on petsera.store.

Nylon Dog Leash & Collar

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild soap.
  • Scrub with a soft brush to remove dirt from the weave.
  • Rinse well and hang to air dry. Do not put in a dryer.
  • Check the hardware (clips, buckles) regularly for rust or wear and replace if needed.
